Usage: Marodfali is a medicinally important tree species used in traditional medicine systems of Asia, Iraq and South Africa.
It is generally used for treatment of snake bite, dog bite, diarrhoea, diabetes, cancer, microbial contaminations, gastrointestinal disorders, blood related diseases and infections. Laboratory studies have confirmed that both bacteria and cancer cells may survive less well in the presence of extracts of the fruits.

Season: Flower buds are initiated by the end of July and flowering occurs during the middle of August to late October. Fruits mature during late January to early April.
